As Project Manager – Data Migration, I have been leading the Data Migration stream for the TAQA Merger project since May 2025, overseeing the consolidation of two Oracle Utilities CC&B systems involving the migration of over 3 billion records. I have been responsible for managing end-to-end data migration activities, including extraction from source systems, transformation and staging, data validation, and final migration to the target environment.
A key achievement has been the successful optimization of the data migration cycle, reducing the full iteration timeline to 24 hours, covering source-to-staging migration, validation, and target system deployment. Additionally, we have achieved 100% data reconciliation, marking a significant milestone in ensuring data integrity and accuracy across systems.
The project is currently in its final phase and is on track for go-live in Q2 2026.

As Project Manager, I successfully led two key integration projects at TAQA Distribution (formerly ADDC) — CC&B integration with Indra-MDM and CC&B integration with ServiceMax (SWFM) — delivering both initiatives through to go-live with a focus on system alignment and operational efficiency. I collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. Leveraging my expertise in project management and Oracle solutions, I streamlined processes and delivered impactful outcomes for the organization.

As Project Manager at Sui Southern Gas Company (SSGC), Pakistan, I successfully led the project team in upgrading Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) from version 2.4 to 2.8, including an Oracle Database and schema upgrade. This comprehensive initiative involved modernizing SSGC’s custom components and transitioning the entire application environment to ensure continued product support, improved functionality, and alignment with SSGC’s strategic goals. The project encompassed technical and system testing, full end-to-end process validation for both FAT and UAT, extensive performance testing, and functional and technical training for the SSGC team.
