Welcome to my journey. I’m Syed Fasih, working to encourage people to think rationally by developing a love for reading and curiosity, so we can see things clearly.
A Little About Me
I am an IT Project Manager for the past two decades, and now I am on an exciting journey of becoming an entrepreneur who is chasing a Just Cause and trying to build a legacy, as well as a generation that can take it forward.
Over the past three decades, I have had the opportunity to work for the world’s renowned companies (BP, KNPC, ADNOC, Oracle) in Pakistan, Kuwait, and the UAE, where I contribute to and manage complex projects, implement enterprise systems, and learn something valuable from every environment I enter.
Alongside this, I have explored some amazing tourist destinations within Pakistan and over a dozen other countries to satisfy the travel enthusiast within. Having played cricket from an early age, like a typical Pakistani boy who grew up in the 80s, I have been playing squash for the past 25 years and recently participated in my first-ever half marathon in January 2026. Maintaining fitness as part of my lifestyle has helped me with that. Add to this the countless books I have read and the documentaries I have watched, which have shaped my thinking and helped me finally discover my WHY.
Adeeb Online is the practical start and execution of my WHY, my Just Cause, which my fellows and I will continue building with the belief that “Reading teaches us to think. Thinking teaches us to question. And questioning protects us from being misled.”

My Professional Career
Having over 30 years of experience working for leading energy and IT companies around the world, attending countless trainings and seminars, and through my association with PMI, I have gained immense learning experience. I consider IT Project Management as my core area of expertise, as I have led cross-functional, multi-stakeholder, and regionally diverse teams of consultants delivering large-scale projects in the Middle East and Pakistan. I have seen both project successes and failures, along with common risks and challenges, and have addressed them through clarity, communication, and a clear chain of command. Hence, I consider myself well prepared and well positioned for a project lead role.
Also, I have developed entrepreneurial skills through my journey of establishing Adeeb Online, from ideation to development, testing, release, and upgrade phases. In addition, I have explored digital book publishing, digital content creation, web development, analytics, and tracking skills, which I have been applying to my startup as well as to my personal website, which I built myself.
