As I started understanding that a true purpose and a just cause are what keep you passionate about what you do, because that is where you know why you are doing what you are doing, I also realized that while doing something for people and for the community, it is equally important to prepare your successors who can take your legacy forward.

Though what I wrote above is important, it was not the core objective we started with when we formed this group of four young girls (my nieces), whom my brother and I agreed to guide and support in achieving their dreams. This is going to be an interesting program that started about a year and a half ago. Initially, it was not very clear (just the way Adeeb Online started), but now I have some clarity on how we will move forward by assessing each participant’s personality, allowing them to define their own life goals, and conducting periodic sessions where we can build a bond based on trust and freedom.

We aim to empower these girls, so they are clear and confident in pursuing their dreams. We are committed to providing them with any support they need, with an agreement with their guardians and parents that they will also support their daughters and that there will be no domestic pressure on them to step away from their journey.

I will keep sharing updates regarding this program, and I will also share, with the permission of these girls, their profiles and how they aim to make the most of their lives.
